Code of ethics

Eroguide.cz is an adult-only (18+) classifieds platform providing a space for legal, voluntary adult services. We take user safety, advertiser rights, and fair play properly seriously. This code sets out the house rules to ensure everything remains ethical, safe, and above board.

By using this portal, you’re agreeing to this code and promising to stick to it.

1. Everything is voluntary – respect boundaries

Everyone advertising on our portal does so entirely off their own back. We have zero tolerance for coercion, manipulation, or exploitation.

  • Every advertiser is here because they choose to be.

  • Clients must respect the boundaries set by service providers.

  • We strictly ban any content that even hints at pressure or abuse.


2. Partnership with Rozkoš bez rizika

Eroguide.cz is committed to the long-term health and safety of advertisers. That’s why we’ve teamed up with Rozkoš bez rizika (R-R), an organisation that offers:

  • Free and anonymous testing for STIs.

  • Advice on health, safety, and legal rights.

  • Consultations on prevention and staying safe while working.

Every advertiser can turn to Rozkoš bez rizika for professional help, testing, and support—completely free of charge. We strongly encourage all advertisers to use these services to keep themselves safe and healthy.


3. Zero tolerance for trafficking and forced labour

Human trafficking, forced prostitution, or any form of exploitation is absolutely forbidden.

  • If you spot a dodgy ad or suspect someone isn't advertising voluntarily, contact us or the authorities immediately.

  • We work directly with law enforcement and organisations supporting victims of trafficking.

  • All reported cases are thoroughly vetted and, if necessary, handed over to the relevant institutions.


4. Protecting minors (strictly 18+)

Access to this platform is exclusively for adults. Any content involving minors is a massive red line.

  • Advertising services for anyone under 18 is strictly prohibited.

  • Any content suggesting the involvement of minors will be taken down immediately and flagged.

  • We report this kind of content straight to the authorities without hesitation.

5. No violence, blackmail, or manipulation

Both advertisers and clients have the right to be treated with dignity. The following is strictly off-limits on our portal:

  • Physical or psychological pressure of any kind.

  • Advertising or promoting sexual violence.

  • Blackmail, threats, or "revenge porn" (sharing sensitive material).

  • Slander, harassment, or intimidation.


6. Keep it real – no scams

Every ad needs to be honest.

  • Photos must be genuine and used with the express consent of the person shown.

  • Using fake identities or stolen photos (catfishing) is banned.

  • Misleading clients is completely unacceptable.


7. Privacy and data protection

We forbid the publishing of anyone else's personal details without their clear consent.

  • Do not post contact details for other people (doxxing).

  • Unauthorised publishing of private photos or videos is banned.

  • Sharing intimate content without the person's consent will result in an immediate account ban.


8. No illegal content

We do not allow the spread of illegal content in any form, including:

  • Material containing violence, threats, or humiliation.

  • Promotion of illegal activities or unethical practices.

  • Sharing copyrighted material without permission.


9. Manners and communication

We expect a bit of decency and respect from everyone.

  • Don’t abuse other advertisers or visitors.

  • Keep communication civil.

  • Hate speech or discrimination won't be tolerated.


10. Consequences

If you break these rules, expect the following:

  • Immediate deletion of your ad.

  • A temporary or permanent ban on your account.

  • Being reported to the police or relevant authorities.
