This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of Monarquis, s.r.o., with its registered office at Řehořova 908/4, Žižkov, 130 00 Prague 3, Company ID: 21764158 (hereinafter referred to as "Monarquis").

Monarquis is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the "GDPR").

Monarquis operates the website eroguide.cz (the "Portal"), through which it provides its services (the "Services"). This Policy applies to all personal data processed by Monarquis based on the performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interest, or consent granted via the Portal. This Policy describes how Monarquis uses and protects personal data.

Monarquis may amend or supplement this Policy at any time by posting a revised version on the Portal. Such changes shall take effect on the date of publication.

Data Controller and Contact Information

The Data Controller, as defined in Article 4(7) of the GDPR, is Monarquis. All communications regarding personal data protection or notifications of rights violations should be sent via email to info@eroguide.cz or by post to: Řehořova 908/4, Žižkov, 130 00 Prague 3. Monarquis has not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) as defined in Article 37 of the GDPR.

Personal Data We Process

Processing for the Performance of a Contract

Without this data, it is not possible to conduct pre-contractual negotiations, enter into a contract, or perform its obligations.

Consent

Any consent granted to Monarquis for the processing of your personal data may be withdrawn at any time by sending an email to info@eroguide.cz, including your name, surname, and address for identification purposes. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.

Data Retention Period

Personal data will be processed by Monarquis for the following durations:

  • In the case of registration, for the duration of the registration. Upon the expiry of the retention period, Monarquis shall delete the personal data.

Disclosure of Data to Third Parties

Monarquis does not provide your personal data to third parties without your consent, except in the following cases:

  • Protection of the rights and property of Monarquis and other parties
